The Villas are located in Yalikavak, a marvellous bay, where the clean

away from the busy nightlife of Bodrum, which is famous for its
restaurants, pubs, discos and night clubs, exhibiting a splendid mixture
of Turkish and Western cultures. The villas are just 100 meters away from
the sea, and Yalikavak has a mild breeze all year around; combined with
the marvellous location of the site, allow the villas to sustain low
temperatures even on hottest days. Being just 3 minutes away from Turkey's
most popular beach clubs, such as Havana, Xuma and Dodo Beach, you will be
able to enjoy the area to the full.
Bodrum itself has much to offer. If you like nature and sea, a
wonderful bay is just 100 meters away from the house, or you can always
just spend your time at the swimming pool. If you tire of this there are
plenty of other bays in Bodrum, which take no longer that 10-20 minutes.
You can go fishing, trekking, surfing... or simply enjoy the restaurants
that offer world-famous Mediterranean and Turkish dishes. If you are
interested in history and archaeology, you should visit Sandima Village
and see the rock cemeteries just beside the bay in Yalikavak. The centre
of Bodrum, is just 15 minutes away, or you can visit the Greek island of
Cos, which is just 45 minutes away by ferry, with daily trips available.
At nights, a busy nightlife awaits you in Bodrum, where you will have the
chance to dance and travel by ship, which is at the M&M Club. Bodrum also
is the home for Halikarnas, Europe's biggest open disco, which will
fascinate you with its fantastic shows. If you love Latin music, then you
should not miss the Cuba Club. There are also many other excellent bars
and nightclubs throughout the season waiting to entertain you.

ground floor and 3 bedrooms at the first floor, 4 bathrooms (1-2 bathrooms
