Parrot estate villa,  at the Englishman’s Bay, Tobago, is a rustic, elegant and very comfortable vacation villa. It is located at the Englishman’s bay less than 5 minutes 1mile from the house. 2 minutes from the North Side Road. It has a panoramic view to the Caribbean Sea to the North and Tobago’s Range to the South.

4,000 sq ft under roofs, with a wide terra cotta terrace all around, connected to a 16 x 16-ft dream gazebo.

2 bedrooms, 2 en suite bathrooms, a 24 x 24ft living room with kitchenette and bar, fully equipped.

Description.
For a wonderful experience and a good souvenir, you would certainly consider Parrot estate, a rustic, elegant and very spacious villa, attached to a 16 x 16 dream gazebo where you would very likely enjoy having your meals or playing cards with nature surroundings, the Caribbean Sea view at one side and the range on the other. Amenities: All amenities, linen, beach towels, new beach mats are provided. There are 3 Hateras (oversized hammocks) and loungers. A barbecue is situated on a stone pad, close to the gazebo. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, a range - oven, toaster, and juicer - mixer, coffeemaker as well as dishes and all kitchen utensils. Portable beach cooler. For your comfort six 52” inch Hunter fans (2 in the living and one in each bedroom and bathroom). In the bathroom you find a hair dryer as well shower gel dispensers.

Included in the rental rates:
Welcome at the airport from where you will be guided to the villa.
On arrival at our place, you will find fresh fruits on the bar.
In the refrigerator mineral water, soft drinks, Carib beer, toast bread and food for your first breakfast (ask for details)
A complete Hotel service, by the end of each week and in case, additional linen in the bathroom
During your stay, complementary fresh fruits from our garden, bananas, limes all year round. Mango and avocados when in the season (July – September)
