situated in a quiet residential area in Upper Sea Point, slightly up the
hill, with a sea view, and within walking distance from the sea front.
We are just above the High Level Road, with a beautiful tree-covered
hill ("Signal Hill") behind. We are also only a few minutes walk from
Sea Point's main shopping/restaurant street (Main Street). The house has
a total of 8 apartments, our apartment has 2 secluded and secure private
parking spaces. It is only a few years old, and is nicely and neutrally
decorated. Excellent security.
The Apartment offers:
Terrace, tiled, 220 square feet (approx.) with table, 6 chairs and 1 sun bed. Private, secluded and secure parking space. 10 minutes from Clifton's beautiful beaches, 15 minutes from trendy Camps Bay with its' beautiful sea front, beaches cafés and restaurants. Large, newly refurbished communal outdoor swimming pool in Sea Point (beach front), Golf: 5 minutes by car (Green Point).

Town Airport 25-30 minutes. All main car rental companies have offices
at the airport - Avis, Europcar, Alamo, National, Khaya, Imperial. |
