This beautifully situated and spacious modern apartment has stunning views of the open countryside. It has been recently refurbished and is convenient for Pissouri village square, local amenities and the beach.

There is a spacious lounge/dining room with air conditioning, television and music system. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with gas cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave oven.

There are two double bedrooms, (one double, one twin), both with French windows opening onto a patio area, and there is a  bathroom with toilet & shower.

The balcony benefits from all-day sunshine plus it has patio furniture and a variety of local plants. This property has a large pool, shared between the 6 other property owners and the advantage of an on-site caretaker. Private off-road parking is also available.


All linen is provided with the exception of beach towels.
Normal arrival and departure days are Wednesdays or Sundays (though exceptions may be possible in low season).

Prices per week: Sterling

                          January and December:

£200
                                  February to March: £225
April to June and September to October: £325
                                         July to August: £350
                                               November: £275

Payment: - a 25% deposit on booking, balance paid a minimum of 6 weeks before departure.
Note: the rates charged will be pro-rata, so that bookings that span two calendar months will depend on the number of days booked in each month.

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel, the deposit and/or balance is not refundable. In your own interests, please ensure that you take out a separate, comprehensive travel/cancellation insurance at the time of booking, so that if you need to cancel for any reason,  you will be covered to receive reimbursement.
