Farm-house located on the slopes of mount Učka, 375-m above sea level, Oraj is situated at only 10-min. drive from Lovran and the Riviera of Opatija. Its position offers a unique combination of the sea and the mountain, the richness of the Mediterranean climate and the magnificent view of the Kvarner bay. There are beautiful, memorable excursion possibilities in the area, for example a visit to the historical villages of middle Istria or a boat-trip to the Islands of Krk and Cres near Lovran.

A completely restored country-house for vacation, rest and relaxation, with 4 double-bedded rooms decorated with original antique stylish furniture, fully-equipped kitchen (dish-washer and other kitchen appliances), dining room, living room, a small, cosy library and a cellar for social gatherings and events. The house is surrounded by gardens with terraced land and caves, fruit orchards, olive trees, vineyards, spice herbs and flowers. An interesting attraction is the labyrinth on the meadow nearby. There is the possibility of renting a cook while staying at the farm-house or ordering a full-board of original, local country courses. Technical equipment of the house includes: heating system, telephone, HI FI components, dishwasher and other appliances. Alongside the house is a parking lot. House pets are permitted in the residence, with a pet supplement. Check-in and check-out for the residence are made at the Hotel Villa Astra.
