1.
Self Catering in Portugal ( hereafter to be known as SCiP ) reserve
the right to refuse any advertising that they deem to be unsuitable in
any way.
2.
Whilst we will make every effort to safeguard materials supplied
to us, we cannot be held responsible for material which is mislaid or
damaged in any way. No material will be returned unless specifically
requested.
3.
SCiP can take no responsibility for properties that are
inaccurately described in any way, but should we feel this to be the
case, then we reserve the right to amend an advertisement accordingly.
4.
Advertisements can be accepted either by telephone, email, or
post and payment must be made in full either by credit card or cheque
prior to details being uploaded onto the site. Once an advert has been
accepted and paid for in full, cancellation will only be accepted prior
to work commencing after which point no refunds can be given.
5.
SCiP reserve the rights to edit, amend, or alter the layouts of
advertisements supplied to us should we consider it necessary. Unless
otherwise negotiated, the cost quoted, is for two photographs, 300 words
of text, plus your contact details with links to your website and email
address. Links will not be placed with any site that is in direct
competition to ourselves. If we discover by any means, that
property owners are re directing enquiries generated by our site to a
competitors site for further information, we reserve the right to remove
that property from our site, with no refund of fees paid.
6.
Changes to advertisements can be made periodically and all
changes must be notified to us in writing.
7.
SCiP reserve the right to position an advertisement wherever they
deem fit within the pages of the site, and no guarantee can be given as
to where your advertisement will be listed.
8.
SCiP reserves the right to inspect any properties they are
advertising having given prior notice one month before inspection.
9. Whilst every assistance will be offered where practicable with
bookings, ultimately they remain the sole responsibility of the property
owners.
10. SCiP
expect their advertisers to describe their properties
fairly and accurately and deal with any reasonable complaints that may
be brought to their attention.
11. Once an advertisement has been uploaded, the advertiser will be
notified either by post,
fax or email. At this stage, if we are not notified of any amendments it
will be understood that the content is acceptable. In event of the
advertiser not confirming receipt of such notification within 5 days,
the notification will be deemed to have been received and the
advertisement accepted.
12. All terms and conditions shall be governed by English law.
13. SCiP will at all times, take all precautions to ensure
that any
technical difficulties are
corrected at the earliest opportunity
but cannot
be held responsible for situations beyond their control
and any ongoing repercussions.
