New Duplex apartment, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4.

The apartment is situated about 10 minutes walk from Caniço Village which is lovely: church, village square, shops, bars, clinic, restaurants and supermarkets.  A short walk down the hill from Soulsease to the beach "Praia de Reis Magos"  for strolling, swimming, sunbathing, drinking and eating exquisite seafood. The beach is mainly smooth pebbles, which is usual on the island. The capital, Funchal is about 15 minutes by car and there are direct buses (1.5 Euros). 

A new duplex apartment with modern kitchen, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, micro-wave etc.  The sitting room is spacious, with large sofas and a CD player. The dining table seats 6 people. The balcony and own garden area has splendid views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Ilhas Desertas (deserted islands).

Upstairs: Main bedroom with balcony and sea view plus en-suite bathroom contains bath and shower.  The second bedroom has its own bathroom with shower.  There is also a visitor’s toilet downstairs.  The atmosphere is simple to describe…it puts your soul at ease!  There is a maid service between lets and if you would like this service during your stay it can be simply arranged at a small cost.

The apartment has its own garage space or you can park easily outside.  Car rental is no problem. Arrangements can be made for you to be picked up by an English speaking taxi driver.  The apartment is 20 minutes away from the airport, but be assured planes do not fly over Caniço!
