Villa São Gabriel
is a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom villa located a few minutes
drive from some of the most beautiful Algarvian beaches. It is
peacefully and privately located with its own secluded garden and
private swimming pool. It is surrounded by lush gardens, sub-tropical
shrubs and trees. It is situated in the grounds of the highly
acclaimed São Gabriel Restaurant (Michelin one star). The villa is in
a very secluded and private position, hidden away to the rear of the
restaurant. The very attractive and mature private garden lies between
the villa and the rear of the restaurant building. The garden is
further sheltered by the wall of an annexe building attached to a
corner of the villa at one end and the restaurant building itself at
the other. Neither the garden nor the villa can be seen by restaurant
guests who would not be aware of the villa's existence.
The Villa consists of:
Entrance hall.
Double bedroom, air conditioned, with
fitted wardrobes and adjacent large bathroom (bath and shower).
Twin bedroom, air conditioned, with
fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto
the pool terrace.
Further wc.
Kitchen, fully fitted
with combined microwave/grill, fridge with large freezer compartment
and dishwasher.
Separate laundry room with washing
machine, tumble dryer iron and board.
Very spacious living/dining room with
fireplace. Overlooking the lovely garden and with access to the pool
terrace.
Maid service 6 days a week.
The accommodation also includes TV
(Satellite SKY TV can be viewed if you bring your own UK SKY card),
hi-fi system, telephone, central heating all through the villa and air
conditioning units in each bedroom.

of the total rental is payable on
booking (by bank transfer in Euros or credit card) with the
balance due not less than 6 weeks
prior to arrival. The minimum booking period is 7 days although
