Situated on the beach front of the picturesque village of Ferragudo in the central Algarve, where you will find warm sandy beaches sheltered by beautiful cliffs, picturesque villages, and a perfect climate. The complex has a heated swimming pool and a sun bed terrace. The centre of the village is just a 5-minute stroll through winding cobbled streets leading to the square and waterfront which hosts a number of quality restaurants, shops and cafes so a hire car is not essential. The house is located overlooking the beach and castle at Ferragudo, and access to the beach is just 2 mins on foot.
Ferragudo is situated between Carvoeiro and Portimao just 45 minutes from Faro airport, so the property is well positioned for enjoying the multitude of things to do in the area. Cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, windsurfing and numerous other activities are all available close by.

The house: is built on two levels providing a spacious open plan living and dining area where there is seating for 4 people, which opens out on to a beautiful terrace. In the living room you will find an audio tape player, CD, radio, satellite or cable, stereo system, and a TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, hob and oven, washing machine and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms are en-suite, a double and a twin, and there is a separate wc.
The house has remote controlled air-conditioning that also provides winter heating. There is parking at the property, and a balcony for outside dining, a shared swimming pool, terrace, and garden chairs.
