newly built luxury 4 bedroom villa with a large garden situated
in the middle of the Quinta da Gramaca golf course, where there are
reduced green fees. The villa is set in a large garden overlooking
the fairway, with its own swimming pool. Both Carvoeiro and the
beach are 2 miles away.

Golf has recently been bought by the Pestana Group (a large
hotel chain) who have made Tennis, Health Club, Restaurants
available to visitors.
The
property is situated in the middle of the 'Quinta Gramacho' golf
course. The garden adjoins the fairway for the second hole. The
course is part of the Carvoeiro Golf and Country Club, which
incorporates 2 x 18 hole courses, the championship course 'Vale de
Pinta,' as well as
'Qunita
do Gramacho' and the David Leadbeater Golf Academy. The first tee
for the Vale de Pinta course is a few hundred metres from the villa.

Villa: has the following facilities for your comfort. It has
central heating for those early and late season bookings, the living
room has a fireplace, sofa bed and seating for 10 people, plus audio
tape player, cd, radio, satellite or cable TV, and stereo system.
there is also a telephone.
The
kitchen has a clothes dryer, dish washer, freezer, fridge, hob,
oven, washing machine and all of the usual fixtures and fittings.
The dining room has full seating for 10 people.
The bedrooms consist of 4 twin rooms, all en-suite and can sleep a
maximum of 10 persons if required. There is also a separate wc.
There
is an outside balcony, barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool,
tennis court and terrace for those relaxing afternoons in the
sunshine.
Children
are welcome, but pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or
infirm, wheelchair accessible.

horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing. There
is a lawn bowls facility next to the clubhouse and tennis courts.
