Farran Woods can be accessed by the nineteen foot anglers fancy boat with out-board engine. This is a place of quiet roads, a haven of peace and relaxation in an unspoiled environment. Within minutes of the city you can be totally alone in the rolling green countryside and beautiful clean rivers with not a sound of traffic to be heard or another person to be seen.

County Cork is Ireland's largest county and has a wealth to offer the visitor. Cork has a history that dates back hundreds of years, and there are traces of civilizations that date back to the stone age. In many ways it can be seen as a microcosm of the history of rural Ireland. It is in an excellent location for your stay in Ireland as the prime tourist attractions of the Lakes of Killarney and Blarney Castle are within easy reach. Cork city has a variety of cinemas, shops, museums, churches and amusements, etc. Lee View Holiday Homes are within a fifteen minute drive to Cork City, Cork International Airport, Blarney Castle and Gardens and the multi-awarded Griffin's Garden Centre. Great restaurants and golf courses are all at hand. And for those interested in the water we have our own boat which can be hired. Bait, for course, is also available locally.

The Cottage: is a classic example of the old style cottage that was once popular in Ireland over 100 years ago. This cottage has been completely renovated and enjoys spectacular views of Inniscarra Lake. The lounge comprises both a dining and sitting area, with a lovely open fireplace and pine details throughout. There are 3 bedrooms, all bright and spacious, which are accessible via the main stairway, and suitable for a family or a group on sporting holiday.

The Apartments: were newly built in 2000 and are fully self-contained, offering many modern luxuries. The lounge is cosy, with hardwood floors and lots of pine; the rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and brightened by large windows that allow direct sunlight to shine in, and are suitable for families or small groups.

General info: the properties have tasteful, well  fitted kitchens with cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine, and plenty of crockery and utensils making family meals at home a pleasure, and each property has a TV and a telephone. There are 2 bedrooms and a shower room. Outside, each has a garden, patio and direct access to the lake for fishing.
