The villa is in Abbey at West Haven, an exclusive gated community set in a peaceful location within natural Florida surroundings. As well as luxury and privacy, you have an easy drive to Disneyworld, all the other attractions, not to mention the many Golf courses in the area.  Nearby activities include theme parks and attractions, golfing, tennis, beaches, Cape Kennedy about 1 hour away, and there are several family restaurants nearby. For the energetic, there is biking, hiking, horse-riding and fishing, and for serious shopping, visit the fantastic Highway 192, and International Drive.

The Villa: Enjoy the spacious great room with its vaulted ceilings, and 8' high patio doors to the lanai and pool area, facing south to the orange groves. For cable fans, there is a 27" cable TV with DVD, CD and VCR players; and also a library of books and games.

There are 2 master bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, cable TVs, radio-alarm clocks, hair-dryers, and telephones. One faces south with its own patio doors to the pool area, and the ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, a large walk-in shower, double vanity unit with illuminated mirror, and a large walk-in closet.
There are also 2 twin bedrooms, sharing the third bathroom. This, the 'family' bathroom, is just opposite one of the doors to the pool area, so that no one needs to drip through the main room for a shower!

Enjoy the full kitchen with all the equipment and facilities you might want - a typical large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, full over, hob, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and even an electric can-opener. There is a laundry room with washer / dryer.

You can choose the larger dining area (opposite) just off the great room for the family; or enjoy alfresco meals in the shade of the lanai, or at night with outdoor lights as the sun sets.

There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen for those staggered meals to cater for the early risers and the later risers. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, and outdoor furniture and sun-loungers in the garden area.
