Luxury three bedroom homes located to the south of Fort Myers town centre, close to Sanibel Island and the beaches. All of our homes are newly built and are fully equipped for your stay.

They have large sun decks, solar heated, free form pools and ample patio furniture. Close by are local restaurants in a variety of themes and styles to make dining an easy experience. Fort Myers makes an ideal contrasting location for a two-centre vacation, and the homes are ideally located approximately 5 miles from South Fort Myers Beach and only 8 minutes from Sanibel Island. There are restaurants and shops close by and our developments are easily reached via Interstate 75, which is just 15 minutes East.
Sarasota to the north and Naples to the south are both easily reached for an afternoon shopping spree and no Southern Florida vacation is complete without a visit to the everglades. There is much to do in the area including diving, fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, walking, water skiing, and windsurfing.

The Properties: are detached and spacious, offering 1950 sq. ft of luxury accommodation. They have air-conditioning, central heating, Internet access, sun bed, and telephone. The kitchens are fully fitted with clothes dryer, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, and washing machine, and the living rooms have satellite or cable, TV and video player. There are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, a bathroom and a shower room.

Outside there is a balcony, garage, garden, parking, swimming pool and terrace.

The prices shown are fully inclusive of all taxes and cleaning. The deposit is £150.00 per week and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
We gladly accept MASTERCARD & VISA but these payments will be shown in equivalent US Dollars on your statement.
Rates are fully inclusive except for pool heating which is charged at £60.00 per week. Universal Vacations are licensed by the State of Florida to manage vacation homes. License # 6100044C-09
A credit card imprint will be taken by the management company upon arrival but no amount will be deducted.
