Ridgewood Lakes is a beautiful gated Golf Course Community, and is rated among the top 10 golf courses in Florida, it is ideally located on Highway 27 in Davenport, it is secluded and yet just 5 minutes from the main interstate I-4. This truly is luxury at an enviable price, nestled in the woodlands of the Golf Course and yet minutes from the pleasures and fun of the theme parks that Orlando is famous for.

The home is spectacular with the private pool being south facing looking out onto the golf course, with views of the lake and the wildlife area beyond. Just a short walk in the cool of the evening brings you to waterfalls and beautiful surroundings lakeside. There are two master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, one having a jacuzzi bath tub plus there are 3 further bedrooms, with one having a double, and 2 twin beds in the other two rooms. The master bedroom has a King size bed and bedroom 2 has a queen size.

The bright and airy home has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen which has everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner for your guests, that can then be served either in the formal dining room or on your private patio, there is also an informal eating area adjacent to the kitchen.

Additional luxuries include Cable TV in the master bedroom and in the living room also a video player, BBC America and English sports channels are showing as well as about 70 other channels. All the amenities of home are here for you. This home is maintained and cared for by its owners and is therefore kept to a very high standard.

The price begins at £500 per week low season and rises to £700 per week during the high season, including FL Tax. Pool Heating is additional at $20 dollars per day payable locally. High chair and cot available by request. The home can sleep 10 people comfortably.
