This privately owned, fully air conditioned luxury home, was completed in July 2002. Built and furnished to the highest specification including, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and pool. The house will provide an ideal base from which to explore Florida or just relax in the peace and tranquillity of the community.
Southern Dunes is a gated community with over night security and is located south of Orlando within easy driving distance of all the Disney Parks and attractions. You are also only one hours drive from either coast. It is within walking distance of the local supermarket Walmart where you can buy everything you need.

This beautiful home is very spacious and consists of lounge, dining room, 4 bedrooms, family room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large 30ft/15ft private screened pool with spa jacuzzi (heating optional). All rooms are fully air conditioned. The master bedroom is fully furnished with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds.
 

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, mircowave, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is also equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting, hair dyer, stereo, DVD player, Video player and 52in flat screen TV. There is also a games room with full size slate pool table & table football, electronic 48 game dart board.

To complete the holiday pleasure, at the rear of the house is a private screened pool and spa, with pool furniture, and an extended deck area. There is excellent shopping and dining only two minutes from the gated entrance of the Southern Dunes site, including Walmart Superstore, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Pharmacy, McDonalds, Burger King, Outback Steak House.
