The villa in is Indian Creek, Kissimmee, just five minutes from all the Disney attractions. Indian Creek is situated to the rear of Splendid China, about half a mile from Highway 192. The villa has 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite), plus a third bathroom and its own extra large pool and deck, enclosed in an insect proof screen with the rear of the pool area facing south and is in the sun for most of the day. The property is ideally suited for two families, with shops and restaurants just two minutes away.

Other features include: large well furnished living area with seating for seven including double sofa bed, dining table and chairs for six. Fully equipped kitchen - fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, electric cooker, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, crockery and cutlery, breakfast table and four chairs. Full set of sun loungers and patio furniture. Air conditioning, laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Covered porch at the rear. 6 foot privacy fence surrounding the rear of the property.
2 TVs with cable, VCR, 2 hairdryers,  phone - local calls are free, local management company available 24 hours a day,  linen and towels supplied, double garage, cot and high chair.

Free use of tennis court, basketball court and putting green in Indian Creek, smoke detectors in bedrooms and emergency exit lighting, fire extinguisher,  all rear doors from the house leading to the pool area have a child alarm.

Kissimmee is a great base for your vacation and ideal for the Walt Disney theme parks that now include:-

The Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Discovery Island and Wide World of Sports.

Within a 20 minute drive are Sea World, Wet 'n Wild, Universal Studios and Universal Island of Adventure.

St Petersburg on the Gulf Coast and Busch Gardens in Tampa are about one hours drive to the West. The Kennedy Space Station is around one hours drive to the East coast where Daytona and Cocoa beaches can also be found.

Numerous other outdoor activities are available nearby such as golf, water skiing, jet skiing, para gliding, helicopter rides, hot air balloon rides, bungee jumping and horse riding.

The climate is warm throughout the year with temperatures ranging from around 70 degrees in mid winter to over 90 degrees in the summer - all in all the best holidays are Florida holidays!
