Naples is renowned for its beautiful beaches and palm fringed shores, and the historic area of Old Naples is known for its landscaped promenades, cafes, gourmet restaurants, seafood, galleries and shops. This lovely villa is approximately 30 minutes' drive from South West Florida International Airport at Fort Myers and 15 minutes' drive to Old Naples. There is a multitude of things to do in the region, and nearby recreational facilities include golf, sailing, fishing and water sports. With world famous nature reserves nearby it is a must for nature lovers, and the aquatic wildlife includes dolphin, manatee, alligator, and a host of sea birds.

Lake Villa: is a home of distinction, situated in a secure and attractive estate, and has a large swimming pool (measuring 32ft) and lanai, protected by insect screening and overlooking a private lake. Sleeping 6 people in comfort, it has a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.  The master suite has sliding doors giving direct access to the lanai and pool.  The villa has two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed.  These two bedrooms share a bathroom.  Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

The house has plenty of room for entertaining, including a formal sitting room with spacious dining area and a separate informal sitting room which has cable television and direct access via sliding doors onto the lanai and heated pool.  The pool and lanai can be floodlit at night.  Barbecue facilities are provided on the lanai and there is plenty of patio furniture including tables and chairs.

There is full air conditioning and the property is spacious and comfortable with approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of living space plus garage.
