Laguna Bay villas comprises a lovely collection of condominiums on a beautifully landscaped site just minutes away from Disney World. Amenities include a clubhouse, a heated walk-in swimming pool, games room, snack bar and shop, exercise gym, sauna, Jacuzzi/hot tub at pool. A tennis court and softball pitch are also available for use, and barbecues are available for use adjacent to the swimming pool. Both Orlando Airport (15 miles) and Sanford Airport (further to travel) service the area. The Villa: has a security alarm, door entry key box and the site is security patrolled at night. The villa features a king size master bedroom, a queen size double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a sofa-bed sleeping 2 in the living room. It has air conditioning & central heating, while the living room and master bedroom have ceiling cooling fans. There is cable TV and videos in the living room and master bedroom. The spacious living / dining room features a lovely arched bay window and includes cable TV, video player, cd player, audio tape player, radio and cooling fan. You can rent videos and play stations from the clubhouse overnight to keep you entertained. There are two sofas (one of them a sofa-bed for 2) that provide seating for 5. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven + hob, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer, and there is also a telephone. The master bedroom is king size and has an adjacent en-suite with toilet, shower and basin, and there is a telephone, cable TV, radio/alarm clock and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is queen size and there is also a twin bedroom, with the main bathroom next door, having a bath/shower, basin and toilet.
