It is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to suit all of your needs, and after a full day at the parks you can relax in style with your very own pool, just steps from the back door! Sunridge Woods community is located 1.5 miles off exit 24 of I-4, only 25 miles from Orlando Airport and 1 hour to Tampa International Airport, so it is extremely well positioned for exploring the multitude of pleasures that Florida has to offer. It is also close to some of Central Florida's best golf courses including Champions Gate (2 miles), and there are supermarkets and fast food establishments also within 2 miles, but for when you can't be bothered to cook, there are some excellent restaurants close to hand for you to sample.

The House: accommodates 8-10 people comfortably with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has 2 queen bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a  family room, a large dining room, and a comfortably furnished living room, so it offers plenty of space for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooking utensils provided, dishwasher, phone with internet hook-up, air conditioning, two cable TV's and VCR, washer/dryer, gas grill and ceiling fans. You will also find a breakfast area for informal eating in the kitchen.
